It was a successful day with 8 districts taking part:- Nottingham City, Rushcliffe, Mansfield, Ashfield, Gedling, Broxtowe, Bassetlaw, Newark & Sherwood and eventual winners Gedling. Nottinghamshire Schools Association supported this event by sending Junior England & County players along to help officiate the games. The England U17's Peter Mills, Alex Dodds & England U15 girls Alison Pulford & Sam Reynolds gave a brilliant demonstration match for all the participants. Over 80 new young
people took part in this successful event, 10 per team to compete against
