Season Suspended

In the light of this evening’s announcement from the Government, all fixtures in the Nottinghamshire Badminton Leagues and the Knock Out Cup have been suspended for the foreseeable future.

It is likely that this suspension will run until the end of April 2020 as a minimum, but Nottinghamshire Badminton Association will continue to review the position closely.

We expect to receive guidance from Badminton England shortly - we would encourage all Clubs to keep an eye on the Badminton England website.

We believe that the guidance from the Government around social gatherings is self-explanatory, but clubs will of course need to make their own decisions with regards to club nights etc.

We will circulate any further information Nottinghamshire Badminton Association receives from Badminton England as a matter of course.
