Tough start for Masters 55s Team

Nott’s 55s team opened there season when they travelled to play Worcestershire on Sunday 14th November.
The team fought hard but were unable to overcome the overall strength of the Home side. Despite a valiant effort and some terrific games, Worcestershire emerged victorious with an 8-4 win; Nott’s winning one Men’s, two Ladies and one Mixed rubber.
There were some excellent performances from the Nottinghamshire team including a 100% record from debutante Helen Clarke who won both her Ladies matches with partner Loraine Buck and 2nd Mixed with Adrian Mateo.
